The long-awaited Indiana state tax forms are now here. They are located on the round table next to the copy machine. The Indiana IT-40 forms and schedules are inside the IT-40 booklet. If you need the EZ form instead, it is to the right of the booklets. Also available are Indiana EIC forms and Indiana college credit forms. Tax forms are available at the stand near the desk. If we don’t have a form you need, please ask and we can print it off for you. Also, our State forms have yet to arrive, but you can print them off from the Indiana IRS site at http://www.ai.org/dor/taxforms/individual07.html.

Free tax help will be available at the Pontiac branch beginning Monday February 4 and will continue each Monday through April 14 from 12 – 4. This is a service provided by AARP .
