This coming Monday, February 2, from 5 – 8:30 pm we will celebrate our 5th Annual African American Read In at the Pontiac Branch. This is an opportunity for members of the community to come together and celebrate the works of African American authors. We will have a large selection of works available for participants to read from, or feel free to bring your own material (either that you have written yourself or simply from your own bookshelf). We would love to have you participate as reader OR listener (or both!) Please join us for an evening of reading and refreshments. If you have any questions about this event, please contact the library for more information. We look forward to seeing you on Monday!
